Why Most SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) Always Girls, why is not Guy or parents who experienced?

When we go to an exhibition, or the expo and the like always we find the profession on this one, what else if not the SPG (Sales Promotion Girl), a row of girls beautiful girls draw the eye, especially the men who visited tried to offer products that promoted products, both new products and services. Now the question is why is always called SPG (Sales Promotion), it almost always is a girl not a boy? Of course the answer is other than an answer because huruh G in the SPG that is a Girl (girl), but there is another answer. So the question is why change is more appropriate sales promo starring a female?
